"There were problems with the initial products that were delivered, and the Company worked on our behalf to get them repa ired/replaced. When the replacement products were also damaged, the Company worked to get us a financial allowance. The process took much longer than we had hoped, and status updat es were very infrequent, but the final outcome was satisfactory."

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
