"...with the competent service and the followup concerns expressed over the original cabinet's apparent damage at the hands of the shippers. The replacement arrived intact (excpet for the cabinet door latch, the replacement for which arrived yesterday from Howard-Miller) so our order appears to be complete! The Montana Air delivery peoplewere very courteous and helpful in unpacking and moving the piece into it's proper final position, and assisted proactively in initating our contact with Howard-Miller to obtain a replacement latch for the cabinet door. The original latch has been damaged at some point and would not operate with the key. The latch was replace by Howard-Miller quickly and without charge. We're very happy with our new cabinet!"

Poor design of shelve supports
"I purchased this cabinet about five years ago. On three occasion eithger the top glass shelve or the second shelve collapsed . Recently ,for the third time the top shelve collapsed, broke the both the top and second shelf and destroyrd many of my wives crystal collection.
Pegs to support the glass are not sufficient to carry the weight"
