All orders are carefully inspected prior to leaving the warehouse, to ensure quality and accuracy. In the even that you receive your order and there is an issue with the contents please notify is immediately so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Furniture that is new and unopened can be returned within 30 days for a refund less the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse (and any non-refundable items). We will gladly pay for return shipping and reshipping any items to correct an error on our part. If the order is shipped correctly and you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on customized, personalized, final-sale or special order products or items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear.
If a product has been has been installed and assembled it is no longer eligible for a refund unless it is defective. If the product is received damage we will either exchange the product or dispatch a technician to repair it. Once an item has been shipped White Glove Delivery Fees are no longer refundable.
