Your
satisfaction is our primary concern. We do our best to honor any changes or
cancellation requests. Once an order is placed it is sent to production
immediately in an effort to provide the fastest delivery possible. As most of
our furniture is custom made, it may be impossible to implement changes after
the production process has begun. A cancellation fee may be assessed by the
manufacturer for cancelled orders and you may be charged for the cost of
shipping to return the product to our warehouse if it has already been sent.
Once an order has been shipped we can no longer refund White Glove Delivery
fees.
